LabubuSwap serves as a facilitator between Buyers and Sellers. We are not a party to any order agreement and are not liable for disputes. Orders may be canceled by LabubuSwap for errors or suspected fraud. Service fees may apply.

8 - Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Our Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. Our liability is limited to the lesser of €100 or the amount You paid via the Service.

9 - Disputes Resolution

10 - Intellectual Property

LabubuSwap and its content are the intellectual property of LabubuSwap. You may not use our branding without permission.
